Mom’s can meet at Lotus Kitty Yoga and Power Cycling for special yoga classes that include baby. This new concept blends the benefits of both yoga and spinning for one powerful workout. (Babies not invited to participate in the spinning portion).

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings (generally 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and a 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. – may be adding 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. classes).
